OPP Research Brief 2 thumbnailAs our Open Portfolio Project closes out its field research component into October, we are excited to share the 2nd research brief in the series: The Importance of Portfolios for Makers. This second brief highlights three site visits (among many more to be showcased in later briefs) and their current portfolio practices, successes, and challenges. It attempts to address the wide-ranging question of what open portfolio practices currently exist in various educational environments.

Be on the lookout for additional research briefs, focusing in on our field work and survey results, to be released in the upcoming weeks and months. We hope you enjoy!

The Open Portfolio Project is in collaboration with Indiana University’s Creativity Labs and is generously supported by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation.
