Math Affirmations: I Am a Mathematician

Practicing positive affirmations is a way for us to heal our math anxiety in order to build our math confidence and resilience! Find an affirmation that speaks to you (or write your own!) Keep it somewhere you see regularly. Say the affirmation to yourself and repeat it often, especially when you notice a negative thought start to appear. It might seem difficult at first, but over time, you can build a positive math identity and you will be able to see yourself as a thinker and doer of math!
