Ticket Cancellation Policy
- We can offer a refund minus a $50 admin fee up to 30 days out (by September 19th)
- 50% refund after that up to two weeks out (by October 4th)
- No refund within two weeks of the conference date (after October 4th)
If you would like to cancel your ticket, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Cancellation.”
Transferring Your Ticket
If you can no longer attend the Convening, you may also transfer your ticket to someone else. We can transfer tickets up until the day before the Convening (October 18th).
To do this, please email email@example.com with the subject line “Ticket Transfer.” Please write to us using the same email address that was supplied at registration, and provide the full name & email address of the person who you would like to transfer your ticket to. We’ll take it from there!
