Join Orange County Makers for a Meetup Thursday, December 6 at 7pm, featuring Dale Dougherty, founding editor and publisher of MAKE magazine and the co-creator of Maker Faire, and Paloma Garcia-Lopez, Director of Operations & Development for the Maker Education Initiative. This is a great opportunity to meet fellow makers, and to discuss with Dale and Paloma about what’s happening in Maker and educational communities in Southern California.
- Free parking will be provided to the first 60 guests to arrive. Simply state “Beall Center” to the parking attendant in the garage nearest to the Beall Center
- You may also use parking meters for $2/hr.

Driving From North of UC Irvine:
Take the 405 South – Exit Jamboree – turn right on Jamboree,
left on Campus, right on West Peltason, left on Pereira.
Park at Student Center Parking Structure and walk to the Beall Center.
Driving From South of UC Irvine:
Take the 405 North – Exit University/Jeffrey – turn left on University Drive,
left on Campus, right on West Peltason, left on Pereira.
Park at Student Center (SC) Parking Structure and walk to the Beall Center.
Walk out of SC Parking structure, cross West Peltason at the cross walk, and walk up the Fine Arts Service road
(as indicated by the dotted line on map above) to the Beall Center.
The Beall Center is the large red building at the top of the hill.
Parking Fees range from metered parking at $2/hour to $10 all day.
