Whether by building mobile STEAM Trunks, creating websites, or forging connections in the community, Maker VISTA member at Drew Charter School in Atlanta, Georgia have made an impact through service. They have also accelerated the integration of making at the innovative K-12 school.
Grass Valley was committed to integrating more making into students’ day-to-day learning, but needed a jolt of energy and effort to propel their small staff over initial starting speed bumps. Maker VISTA members, through Maker Ed’s Maker VISTa program, provided that accelerating boost. Read More…
